Vacation Pay Policy

After your first anniversary of employment, you unlock the Paid Time Off (PTO) benefit. This benefit is an average of your regular weekly hours over the past year. It is paid out to you on the 20th of the month following your employment anniversary. The maximum amount is 40 hours per year.

For example:

-Johnny’s employment anniversary is July 7,  he makes $10/hour and works about 18 hours per week.

His PTO (Vacation Pay) check will come to him on August 20 for 18 hours at his regular rate of $10/hour. His PTO check will be for $180
